The STTAIRS Project (Strengthening Teacher Training with AI through Remote Learning Spaces) is an Erasmus+ initiative focused on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools into the professional development of educators.
Our work centres on designing training programmes that are grounded in everyday teaching practice. The project is built upon three fundamental pillars:
- Educational Equity: Preparing for future challenges within an equitable ecosystem.
- Inclusion and Well-being: Supporting the entire educational community.
- Ethics in Technology: Promoting the responsible and transparent use of AI.
Project Objectives
The main aim of STTAIRS is to develop training frameworks that bridge the gap between AI technology and classroom reality. By designing these tools from and for teaching practice, the project ensures that digital transformation remains pedagogical and human-centred.
