The STTAIRS project is built around one principle: teachers know best what they need. That is why we are reaching out through social media to hear directly from educators across Europe.
We launched the “Share Your Thoughts” campaign to start a conversation with teachers about their experiences with AI in education. Through simple, direct questions, we invite educators to share their challenges, successes, and expectations.
Some of the questions we are asking:
→ What is the biggest challenge you face when integrating AI tools into your teaching practice?
→ If you could learn one AI skill to improve your daily work as a teacher, what would it be?
→ Have you ever used an AI tool in your classroom? What worked well and what did not?
These responses help us understand the real needs of teachers and will inform the design of the STTAIRS training pathways.
